Letting sleeping kitties lie


It's that time of year when I start to think about decorating for Christmas. I would love to have a full size tree but with 3 kitties to consider that is not a wise choice.  Percy has knocked over lamps, broken teacups, and is basically a one man wrecking crew.
 

Molly is fascinated with shiny objects and there is a lot of bling on a Christmas tree. No I probably shouldn't put up a big tree.


She did not knock the tree over but she wanted that doll and maybe an ornament or two.


Yes, it would be best if I let sleeping kitties lie.

Sweet pictures of your kitties! I can sympathize with what you go through with ornaments on the tree...one year Buster actually climbed up the tree to get at the ornaments! And now there's Harvey...sigh.

We haven't had a tree in years because of the kitties. We have six.
This year our son and DDIL just moved in with us bringing three more kitties.
Our son is very excited about decorating and putting up a tree. We shall see...

The picture of Molly stretching up to look at the tree is adorable. What a cute little furry body!

BTW, you always decorate so beautifully, with or without a big tree.

I just bought a Norfolk Island Pine to sit on a table in the living room. Soft fabric or light weight wood ornaments will be all I use. I am hoping the kittens will just look and then ignore. Yes I hope. And I also believe in Santa Clause.
