Mosaic Monday- Winter, Goodbye to You!

It's officially Spring, yeah! So where are the warmer temperatures? When I woke up this morning it was 29 degrees outside!

Here's my ode to Winter, goodbye to you! It was a brutal season, the snowiest I can remember in my lifetime. We had ice storms and snowstorms and thundersnow. It cost my little condo association loads of money. About $1000 in snowplowing bills, $400 to have the flat roof shoveled, and another $750 in roof repairs. At least, our roof didn't collapse.

Still, newly fallen snow is one of the most beautiful things in the world! But I've seen enough of that kind of beauty and I am looking forward to the warmth of Spring.

Thanks for your visit. Hope spring arrives in your corner of the world before too long! I love your blog name. My grandmother sent me a subscription to the magazine, Chatelaine, for a few years before she passed away so it makes me think of her.

I hope, for your sake, that winter loosens its grip and that soon spring will arrive where you are!

I have to say Amen to 'snow is beautiful' but enough already!
SPRING where are you?
Fun mosaic you'll have to do a springtime post of the same places!
Thanks for stopping by, and have a nice week.

Oh yes it is beautiful, but there comes a point when you simply need to see something GREEN, right? I feel your pain. :) Hope Miss Spring comes home to roost for you soon. :)
I'm with you, good riddance Winter and hello Spring!
If you could have winter without the cold, you might not need to send it on its way so hastily.

My sentiments exactly. Winter was pretty but Spring will be welcomed with opened arms. Wonderful mosaic by the way.

It's lovely to see the sunshine today, but now it is the gusty wind and cold temps that make spring still feel so far away. Soon.......some warmth will come our way

That's very fortunate. Bad weather can empty the pockets, but surely it's for the safety and protection of the dwellers. We can hope that the roof over our heads will endure the snow, but in the end, it's always better to be careful and plan ahead.
