Visiting Nubble Lighthouse- my happy place
Hello! I am back to blogging. It has been far too long since we connected. That's me in the photo above in my happy place by Nubble Lighthouse in York, Maine. Sometimes I just take a drive up to York and sit in my car watching people and the ocean waves by the lighthouse. That's on the cold days. With warmer temps coming soon, I will walk around the area and experience all the sights and sounds. I should backtrack and say I always have to make a stop at the Stonewall Kitchen Flagship store for coffee and a pastry before driving on to Nubble Light. If it is a special occasion, I will order a Lobster BLT at Stonewall. The sandwich is so big you will want to split it with someone. Think of a BLT club sandwich and add lobster meat. Through the years, I've seen weddings and antique cars at the Nubble. I found my beloved cat Percy at Nubble Light. Whales, hawks, and ground hogs make appearances. It is always interesting!
